1962 - Archbishop Hurley directed Msgr. Martin B. Power to buy property for future churches to the north and south of Titusville.
August 29, 196? - Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Mims, Florida was established by the late Archbishop Joseph F. Hurley.
August 13, 1967 - Fr. Finn and the 400 families living within the boundaries of the new Holy Spirit parish celebrated their first Mass at Oak Park Elementary School on Dairy Road, Titusville.
August 13, 1967 - Holy Spirit parish celebrated its first Baptism.
September 1967 - Holy Spirit Attic Shop was established.
June 2, 1968 - Sacrament of First Communion was celebrated for the first time at Holy Spirit.
April 1968 - Rectory purchased at site about a block from the church on the corner of Holder Road and Holder Park Road.
June 18, 1968 - Diocese of Orlando was established.
October 20, 1968 - Fr. Thomas D. Finn held the ground-breaking for the combined church/social hall/CCD classrooms structure at 3:30 p.m. Fr. John B. O'Hare, Dean of the southern Deanery of the Orlando Diocese presided at the ceremonies.
September 21, 1969 - Dedication of Holy Spirit Catholic Church was held by Bishop William D. Borders.
February 12, 1970 - Holy Spirit parish celebrated its' first Confirmation.
February 1972 - Fr. Finn left Holy Spirit. (August 1967 to February 1972)
March1972 - Fr. Michael Troy, pastor of Holy Spirit parish. (March to August 1972)
June 1972 - Monsignor Charles A. Bartok, pastor of Holy Spirit parish. (June 1972 to August 1973)
August 1973 - Monsignor John Wells, pastor of Holy Spirit parish. (August to November 1973)
December 1973 - Fr. William Authenrieth, administrator of Holy Spirit parish (December 1973 to February 1974)
February 1974 - Fr. Thomas McMackin, pastor of Holy Spirit parish (February 1974 to October 1976)
October 1976 - Fr. Richard Murphy, pastor of Holy Spirit parish (October 1976 to October 1979)
October 12, 1979 - Fr. Charles Schneider, pastor of Holy Spirit parish. (1979 to 1993)
1983 - Emmaus Hall (social hall) was built.
1984 - Holy Spirit Church was remodeled and refurbished.
1987 - Marian shrine completed.
April 1989 - New rectory completed on parish property.
March 1992 - Our Lady of Guadalupe Chapel was completed.
August 15, 1993 - Fr. Charles Schneider celebrates his last Mass with us as pastor.
September 4, 1993 - Fr. Bill Zamborsky, pastor of Holy Spirit parish. (1993 to 2008)
June 27, 1994 - Purchased property to the north of the church from the Carpenter’s local union.
1994 - Carpenters Hall was dedicated.
June 1996 - Parking lot remodeled.
June 2000 - Church was refurbished/metal roof installed.
2005 - Purchased property to the north of Carpenters Hall for future use.
2006? - Rectory receives metal roof.
2007 - Emmaus Hall refurbished/metal roof.
January 2008 - Fr. Bill was relocated to The Prince of Peace parish in Ormond Beach.
January 5, 2009 - Fr. Andrew Wojtan, pastor of Holy Spirit parish, celebrated his first Sunday liturgy with us at the vigil Mass. (2009 to present)
